Former Toyota Attorney Blows Withholding Information Whistle

Possible Criminal Charges For Toyota
After making the statement that he was told not to show the evidence that there were defects in various systems, he went on to say that these high-ranking official have no respect for America. Biller is the former attorney that claims that he has evidence that Toyota is lying and that they are trying desperately to force him to give those documents over to them.
Problems Continue
Not only does Toyota face possible criminal charges, they also stand a very large chance of having major class-action lawsuits against them. The NTSB and the DOT are now converging down on the company. There have been very recent accidents reported in California and the Northeast part of the country. Major companies like GM (NYSE:GM) and Ford (NYSE:F) are watching with eager anticipation that their sales will spike.
