Immigration Reform: Do The Requirements To Become A Citizen Change
By James Fox on September 2, 2010, 7:34 amIt is all written clearly in the U.S. Constitution about becoming a citizen. These strictures along with the “right to bear arms” and “freedom of assembly” are clearly defined. This did not stop the government from detaining Americans in the past and present from the strong arm tactics of the government. Therefore, is the road to citizenship written in stone?
Changes Are Coming
President Obama is going to have a problem getting reelected. He will lose either the House or the Senate in November. Will this hamper him? Probably not, for there are ways to give the undocumented workers extraordinary rights to protect him in 2012.
The main right in store for the undocumented workers, primarily from Mexico and related areas, is the right to vote. Once this is granted the Democrats of Obama’s ilk will be in power forever. These rights can be granted through executive privilege, a shadowy way to pass something, that is still being debated as to its constitutionality. This and other means are going to give these undocumented individuals a fast road to citizenship. It is inevitable.
Anything Is Possible
Once citizenship is granted to these people, anything is possible. Laws are going to be passed unopposed. If there is an outcry about the legality of any issue, the Congress will remedy that. The majorities in both houses of Congress will be returned as Democrats after the debacle of November.
All that is required is patience for a couple of years. By the time of the election of 2012, the laws for quasi-fascism will be in place. If others prefer to call this Marxism, it is okay. They are just words and names, like National Socialist. This last term is still being debated as whether it is Left or Right in derivation and meaning.
