Is Obama Using Excessive Presidential Power To Enact His Policies?

Obama has no authority to appoint czars in important positions and the Congress cannot even vet them to see if they are legal or not. We have tax cheats appointed in positions of power that should in no way be overseeing anything at anytime because they cannot be trusted to pay their taxes in full, let alone head a make believe department that has no say in how things operate.

The Mastermind

This particular president cannot even make it crystal clear that he is an American citizen let alone make important policy decisions that make no sense. For example: He moved the mastermind of 9/11 trial to New York City to try him as an citizen criminal giving him rights that he does not deserve according to the 2006 law that was passed saying people that kill innocent citizens should be tried as enemy combatants in a military trial. They should have left him in Gitmo not give him a platform to rage against the United States. This would then be used as a recruiting tool for Al Queda increasing the ranks of the mentally disturbed and malcontents who think they have a beef with our government.

Policy Failures

Everything that he has backed is failing. He has no authority to control 1/6 of the economy with Obama care. Social Security is failing, Medicare has no money left, now he wants to give us socialized medicine that does not work in Canada or Great Britain. His own party has turned against him on health care when they controlled the Senate with 60 votes until Pat Brown took senator Kennedy’s seat in Massachusetts. That should tell you the mood of the country right there! His Cap and Trade con will not pass because of his own party turning against it. How would you ever pass a higher tax on energy in a time of great recession? It does not make sense.

Acorn

He has no power to fund Acorn with 3 billion of the taxpayers money so that corrupt institution can sway the upcoming elections in 2010. They are being investigated for corruption, malfeasance, illegal voter fraud, and signing up people to vote that have been dead for 50 years! If that does not show you where he is coming from you have to have blinders on!

 

The Green Police

His backing of the environmentalists is no more than the greens trying to mandate controls over the republic with policies that cannot be debated. Have you ever heard Al Gore saying to the world scientists “Let’s have a convention to debate the thesis of global warming.” Of course you haven’t! They do not have conclusive evidence that the planet is sparking upwards of even 1/2 degree a year, let alone pass down a tax on every human being on the planet to help fight it! When you crack open a green you will find red, like in Marxist! This is the way the left has asserted power over the the people of the United States with no defining proof, only speculation!
