Is Sarah Palin Really Making A Point With Tea Parties

If Sarah Palin is making a point with her tea parties, we are at a lost to catch it unless she is saying that we are being taxed while not being represented. After all, the Boston Tea Party of 1773 was in protest against the Brits who wanted to tax the colonies while not affording them equal representation in Parliament.

Palin A Power To Reckon With

The news today is that Sarah Palin is becoming a power to be reckoned with as waves of tea serving politically disenfranchised citizens are hosting Tea Parties. Many current political beavers are eagerly watching the waves of Tea Parties and betting that they can be a citizens revolt much like the one that brought down the Brits and established the colonies as an independent country with their own Parliament that was named by them as the Congress of the United States of America.

Political Scandals

Political scandals like the AIG ridiculous bonus for bad behavior has given the Tea Party denizens bags full of black tea and the tide of discontent continues. As her robes flew in multi colors like the pale horse found in Revelations, Sara Palin poured the first teapot when she started the Tea Party Convention. She dubbed it, “the future of politics in America” and she does seem to have a flair for words.

 

Republican Party

Like a benevolent mother, she chided the Republican Party to try and put into action the intrinsic early American historical cultural significance of the Tea Party. Many news reporters and commentators are seeing a tide of discontent that is as scary as the rider of the pale horse in Revelation. Actually, getting an invitation in your email to attend a tea party is becoming as common as spam. If you haven’t gotten an invitation to a tea party, you are hereby notified that you are not making your presence on the Internet known, which might be a good thing at that.
