Obama Lack Of Fortitude Likely To Force Israel To Attack Iran

By Donald Griffith on April 10, 2010, 8:45 am

Israel has long been the closest ally of the United States in the Middle East. Relations between the two countries have become strained since Obama came to power. Recent meetings between the two country’s leaders have not gone as intended, and the recent change in United States nuclear policy may cause Israel military leaders to take more drastic action to stop the nuclear ambitions of Iran.

How Far Israel Is Willing To Go To Stop Iran’s Nuclear Program

Reporters once asked the leader of the Israeli air force how far his country would be willing to go to stop Iran from developing a nuclear reactor. The general gave the straight-forward answer of 2,000 kilometers. The distance given is roughly the distance between Tel-Aviv and Iran. The small Middle Eastern country has taken similar actions in the past to keep Iraq from developing nuclear weapons of its own.

The position of the Obama administration remains the position of past administrations. The rogue nation of Iran does not need nuclear weapons. Imposing sanctions against the rogue nation may not go far enough as Iran has been working on enriching uranium for nuclear weapons for decades.

Obama’s Recent Nuclear Policy Change

Obama recently changed the policy under which nuclear weapons will be used. Chemical and biological attacks no longer warrant the use of nuclear weapons on the offending power. He has also attempted to reduce the nuclear arsenal of the United States. His show of weakness has emboldened Iran, and the Obama administration has not backed the actions of Israel as United States politicians have done in the past. The weakness Obama has shown in the face of rogue nations may force Israel to take matters into its own hands again to prevent Iran from reaching its nuclear ambitions. The use of sanctions as a tool to force political change has seldom proven to be effective.

    Fox News wannabees.
Bush sucked and you can’t deal with a legit president. A real moral leader and statesmen. Your problem is that you prefer corruption.
    You are corrupt.

  2. lipservice says:

CHAPTER VII OF THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER ARTICLE 51 PROVIDES FOR THE RIGHT OF COUNTRIES TO ENGAGE IN MILITARY ACTION IN SELF DEFENSE, INCLUDING COLLECTIVE SELF DEFENSE FOR IRAN IF BEING ATTACKED WITH ALL OPTIONS ON TABLE.

  3. Goldberg says:

And who will pay for the decades of war that will follow such an illegal attack? Who will send their sons to die in those wars? Does Israel have the resources to survive a decades long war against every single nation and paramilitary organization that surrounds it? Given the changing mood towards Israel in the US and the EU such an attack would a very big mistake on Israel’s part since it would solidify its standing as a dangerous rogue nation and would in fact help solidify the rule of the Iranian regime allowing them to build up a new nuclear program in a much quicker time.

Weakness? Nuclear weapons are as dangerous to the user as they are to the victim…nuclear weapons are useless except to the madman. The real solution to Iran’s nuclear proliferation is the nuclear disarmament of Israel. It would only take 4 or 5 nukes to wipe out little Israel, so a nuclear arms race with Iran should be the last thing Israel wants. But of course, everyone’s knee-jerk reaction is to hold onto Israeli nukes tighter than ever. Quite the opposite: Israel has more than enough conventional weaponry and remains and will always remain under the US nuclear umbrella. So they should and must disarm. Do me and your readers a favor: fast-forward 50 years. Do you really think an Israeli attack now will prevent Iran’s proliferation then? And what happens then? After they’ve been attacked? You know what: revenge on a nuclear scale. As long as Israel hangs onto its arsenal, the world is headed straight for nuclear war. Disarm Israel, isolate Iran, send UN inspectors to every nuke sight in the region. Including Israel. What other sane option is there?

I choose the word CIPHER as a user name so it’s up to you how you DECIPHER it! Now let’s come back to the main subject (PACKAGE OF PHYSICS). Personally I don’t deny that Iran is well ahead of many countries in terms of Technology, Political and Economical (SINCE THE OIL IS THE DRIVING FORCE). Therefore, we need to understand and analyze many issue before we judge. The question is that is Iran capable of defending it self against US by using in any of these three critical that I mentioned? Well, first and foremost people need to understand that Iran’s nuclear ambitions are in INFANCY while US mastered all of these CATEGORIES. Now let’s talk about ENRICHING URANIUM, to acquire such of thing in to the final stage you must do more scientific experiments and gain adequate knowledge. The West is trying to monitor the situation and see how far this little KID can go. I am not sure how this (WEST vs. IRAN) will end up but we (OBSERVERS) see it as OOHINTU ORGIGA KA’WEYN! The notion that the Zionists rogue state is our ally is totally BOGUS. Who came up with this B.S.? Allies don’t steal each others secrets and sell them to the highest bidder and allies don’t snub people and the leader of the country that is protecting them by building into the occupied territories. Allies don’t implicate their friends in the murderous acts in Gaza and reports by the UN the “Goldstone” report. Allies don’t break international and American laws and build 200+ illegal nuclear weapons.

The minute Iran is attacked and the first F-16 is seen on Iran’s territories, they will not wait to ask who’s that was and will retaliate against our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. It will rain scuds in TelAviv.

  7. Bert says:

One has to believe in the Bible and what it has to say about Iran(Persia) and Russia in order to understand what is going to happen in the middle east. Israel will not attack Iran but, Iran, Russia and several other Muslim countries will attack Israel. Read Ezekiel 38 and 39 in the Bible. It will be the biggest mistake they will ever make. All of them will be destroyed by God before they can destroy Israel. The Bible refers to it as the Battle of Gog and Magog. Magog is the ancient name for Russia. Gog is the prince or ruler of the country. The Jews are God’s chosen people. He put them back in the land in 1948, promising that they will never again be driven out. Whether you want to believe it or not, Russia and Iran’s days are numbered and God wins.

  8. Esther Haman says:

God never takes sides regardless of what I or You believe. God just IS. Only our present collective actions can predict the future. Pray to whomever you think has all our best interest in his/her heart that we all will make the best decisions for the benevolence of all. Your reading of a spiritual writing (the Bible) as a history/predictor is, I believe, the wonderful purpose of this great work of spiritual guidance.

  9. Esther Haman says:

What I meant to say is: the purpose of the Bible is NOT meant as a predictor of the future, or an illustrative history of the past, but a spiritual guide. However, from your comment there doesn’t really seem to be any room for interpretation on your part.

  11. Tammy says:

The bible is not a predictor, it is prophetic. The bible is 100% accurate in all of its prophecies of the past and you will see it will be 100% accurate of what is to come as well.

  12. gt says:

Bert & Tammy are correct. And this war will also spill over to the ‘coast lands’ (here) causing the destruction of the “harlot”. Note the prophetic symbolism in 9-11 & the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster (Google it). Read two whole chapters about the destruction of the USA (harlot) in Revelation ch 17 & 18. (As God will destroy anyone who attempts to divide Israel). Our attitude of invincibility is part of it. Many have asked why America is not in Bible prophecy. IT IS. They just can’t ‘see it’…YET.

  13. Luke says:

Goldberg, you remind me of a guy that would run of you were out numbered. Coward. Its about doing the right thing and standing up for what you believe in. So go ahead all you liberals and allow Obama’s socialistic ideals take over and see how quick he finds himself in a civil war. I’m fed up with government controlling liberals, thanks for ruining what our forefathers worked so hard creating…democracy.
