Then and only then will these two problems be solved for all Americans. They should be required to pay into Soc sec just like the rest of us do, and reap the benefits just like the rest of us do( or in this case don't)!! It is the people who keep electing the representatives over and over again. Therefore, the members of Congress are not "royalty" and thus can not be "emperors without clothes".
